4、吹掃式進樣針：
Hamilton 用于GC氣相色譜儀的進樣針 注射器

Hamilton進樣針針頭產品根據不同的應用領域提供不同的針頭樣式。標準的針頭都是用不銹鋼制造的，優化過程根據使用和進樣針容量制定。針頭的標準長度為51毫米，標準針尖類型為2或者3。
標準的針號：
l 26s，用于5μL和10μL的進樣針。
l 22s，用于25μL和250μL的進樣針。
l 22，用于500μL或以上的進樣針。
pst2：用于色譜分析的標準針頭，10~12°斜邊角，非中心取點，建議用于隔膜穿透。（針號分布從22s~26s的針頭用于隔膜穿透上最理想）
pst3： 90°斜邊角，主要使用在HPLC注射閥上。有精確的進樣量，建議用于樣品移液。（如薄層色譜法）
pst4：針頭角度是10~12°，并且動物注射后會留下明顯的尖點。
pst5:：帶有密閉端口和邊孔的圓錐形針頭，隔膜被刺穿時，能避免端口被阻塞。可用針號分布從10~26s。精細校準的非結晶乙烯基塑料針頭，具有理想的隔膜刺穿效果。
pstAS:：帶有8°的錐形針頭，被設計用來刺穿GC自動取樣器的隔片。提供26,26s,23,23s,22,22s的標準針頭，其他型號針頭需要定購。
這些針頭都是經過電子拋光和電鍍細化的，是一個電化學去除材料影響和毛刺的制造工藝。這種工藝被用于pst2和pst3針頭的制造，以最大限度減小刺穿時對于生物膜的破壞。可電鍍細化的針頭范圍為10~26s。SN針頭只有標準的錐形針頭。
